A beautiful energy to recharge your batteries…. Located in nature, on a property of 36 ha surrounding, Lo Boach is a Catalan farmhouse completely renovated and dating from 1729. Surrounded by a green screen and mountains, the gîte is located in part of the farmhouse, and was built around 1930. You will reach it by a staircase of about ten steps. The dining room and living room (wood stove) open onto a small private terrace (garden furniture). An adjoining room is furnished with a table and chairs for reading or playing board games. The kitchen is independent. WC. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed with shower room and wc. A bedroom with 1 single bed is also available. The washing machine is located in a common room. Parking on the property. From Saint Laurent de Cerdans, located 8 km away, access is by a paved road (3 km), then by a dirt track for 5 km. Low vehicles are not recommended. In winter, winter tires or snow chains are necessary. Lo Boach is located in a white zone: no reception of calls on mobile phones. Access with specific times which will be communicated to you upon your arrival, by WI-FI to a satellite dish and telephone internet connection in the reception room. No TV. On site, the person in charge of reception lives in a part of the farmhouse.
