Welcome to the “Roas'nhof” farm Our 4-flower rated feel-good farm is quietly situated in slightly elevated position on the outskirts of Fulpmes, off busy roads. The centre of Fulpmes in the Stubaital with supermarkets and numerous restaurants is only 5 minutes away on foot. From the breakfast table directly into the gondolas of the Schlick 2000 skiing and hiking resort in less than 2 minutes! In summer you can even use the cable car completely free of charge with the Stubai Super Card. Our beautiful farm is surrounded by flowers and fields and with its magnificent mountain panorama is an oasis offering peace and relaxation. Our bright and spacious apartments come with a fully equipped kitchen and ample space to relax for the whole family. The rooms all have a separate and renovated bathroom and a sitting corner offering enough space for dining and snacks. From our balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of the village of Fulpmes, our wonderful garden and the impressive Stubaital mountain scenery. Guests of our apartments can use the fresh roll service of the local baker in the morning. You can even get our farm's own produce for your breakfast, while guests of our guesthouse enjoy a breakfast buffet with milk, yogurt, mozzarella, cold meat, jam, eggs, strawberries, vegetables, herbs and much more. Families with children will also appreciate our offer: Playing at the fenced playground with slides, merry-go-round, the barefoot trail in the garden with sand, stone, wood and forest sections, playing football on the lawn, table tennis and basketball. Lots of fun is also guaranteed by the toy tractor, tricycle or the trampoline. Exciting for all ages are pets and animals such as cows, chicken, goats and guinea pigs that you can all experience up close. Particularly interested children can also help our farm hands, Joseph and Robert, milk the cows or collect eggs. In winter, attractive sites such as the Schlick 2000 and Stubai Glacier skiing resorts enable you to enjoy winter sports activities in secure snow conditions. A ski school in the Schlick 2000 area with “magic carpets” offers loving day care services. Activities such as curling, paragliding, snowshoeing, sledding, cross-country skiing and sleigh rides are all available. From autumn 2014, the newly opening water event park will offer fun and relaxation for the whole family. Summers offer colourfully flowering meadows, clear mountain lakes, alpine pastures and mountain huts, where a typical Stubai snack tastes especially well after a long hike. Cable cars such as the Schlick 2000 near the house, mountain bike tours, the summer toboggan run or many cultural treasures close to the Stubaital will turn your holiday into an unforgettable event. In the garden arbour or on the terrace you can get together for a nice barbecue in relaxing atmosphere and unwind after an eventful day together with your family. We are happy to provide information on all activities available here with us at the farm as well as on alpine pasture and hut hikes in our beautiful Stubaital. And should you be in a tinkering mood, you can take home a self-made hay figure – a unique gift to your loved ones.
