In its 400 m2 of living space, the fully air-conditioned Villa Tereza features 5 tastefully decorated bedrooms equipped with a double bed and two spacious bathrooms located on the upper floor. One of the bathrooms has a bathtub whereas there is a shower enclosure in the other. Two separate toilets also available on the ground floor. The beautiful ground floor further consists of a lobby, a fully equipped charming kitchen, a dining room with 8 seats, a comfortable living room and a tavern.

The beautifully landscaped, fully fenced courtyard that extends to a total of 3000m2 features a lovely round pool with a diameter of 5m and a depth of 1.35m. Next to the pool there are 6 comfortable sun loungers for lounging in the sun or relaxing in the cooling shade. There is also an outdoor gas grill where guests can prepare delicious meals during their stay. The offer of the villa includes two parking spaces outside the yard.

Built in the 18th century, villa Tereza was renovated and adapted in 2015.
