Enjoy a quiet place, next to the beach, very relaxed, but with all services: restaurants, shops, cafes, pharmacy, gardens and located in an unbeatable location. The beach of Guadalmar is a perfect, wide, sandy beach with some amazing beach bars where you can enjoy a cocktail whilst watching the sunset.

As you enter the apartment you arrive in a small hallway which is open to the open plan living/dining room and kitchen. From here there is a further passageway to the 3 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms. One with a large shower area and another smaller bathroom, again with walk in shower. The apartment is south west facing and the terrace receives the sun all day.
The exclusive complex has a beautiful swimming pool with lovely shaded and grassy areas. And the gorgeous apartment has everything that you need for the perfect vacation and just one minutes walk to the beach!

Self check-in is available at this apartment. Full instructions will be sent to each guest after booking.

The minimum age of the person making a reservation must be 25 years.

The swimming pool is open from 1 June to 1 September.

Located in the picturesque city of Malaga, Spain, Playa de Guadalmar is an extensive (approximately 400m long) beach adorned with dark sand. As a safety precaution, lifeguard services are readily available for beachgoers. Playa de Guadalmar is a protected area by the government as it is home to various unique species and natural resources. Guests may indulge in a delectable meal or refreshing beverage at local beach bars and restaurants. Complimentary loungers with parasols are available to rent, and convenient parking options are provided. Guests staying at our apartment do not have to worry about this as it´s just a one minute walk to the beach! Basic amenities such as restrooms and showers are included for guests' usage.

The golf course of Guadalhorce is located a few minutes away from the apartment, and if you are a fan of windsurfing, this is one of the best places in Malaga, to practice your sport.

You do not need a car at this apartment as in 2 minutes you arrive at the bus stop where you can catch the bus to Malaga. (in car Malaga is approximately a 10 minute drive). From Malaga you can catch buses to Granada, Seville, Cordoba etc.,

Malaga city with its two thousand-eight hundred years of history is one of the oldest cities in Europe. Walking by the old town is a experience you should not miss.

The city experienced the greatest civilizations of the Mediterranean, from the Phoenicians and the Greeks to the Romans, thanks to the strategic location of the port, an important site along the trade routes since ancient times.

This introduction is to say that Malaga is not only the capital of the Costa del Sol, a destination known throughout the world since the beginning of the tourist boom in this area, where the climate, the sea, beaches and golf courses represent an irresistible attraction for national and international tourists. If you plan to spend your holidays in Malaga or surroundings, dedicate at least one day to visit the city.

Malaga is also the city of Pablo Picasso’s birthplace, and the square where he used to play as a child still exists today, as well as his house which is now a museum that you can visit during your stay in Malaga.
