Villa Karolina is located in the small fishing and tourist village of Kanica in the heart of sunny Dalmatia. This modern villa is located directly by the sea and offers a magnificent panoramic view of the crystal clear sea and the surrounding unspoiled nature. The beautiful Villa Karolina with a living area of 310 m2 offers guests privacy and plenty of space for spending time together on three fully equipped floors. The exterior and interior of the house are characterized by a clean, modern style that gives the villa a natural, comfortable atmosphere. The fully air-conditioned house has 6 bedrooms (4 with double beds and 2 with twin beds) and 6 bathrooms, 5 of which have a shower cubicle and one with a bathtub. Each floor has a large terrace with breathtaking views. The fenced 600 m2 garden has a swimming pool (18 m2) surrounded by sun loungers where you can relax and enjoy the breathtaking view of the sunset by the sea. The villa has 3 private parking spaces and a berth for a smaller boat is available. The great location of Kanica near the town of Rogoznica is an excellent starting point for day trips to many interesting destinations. Kanica is located 24 km west of Trogir (The Stone Beauty, a UNESCO heritage site), 50 km east of the city of Sibenik and 50 km west of the city of Split. You can also easily reach the Krka National Park, the Plitvice National Park or the Kornati Islands. The more adventurous can also enjoy rafting on the river Cetina. The very indented coastline of Rogoznica offers you a large number of rocky, sandy and pebble beaches where you can enjoy the sun and sea to the fullest. It is also a good choice for boaters, divers and cycling and hiking enthusiasts. Spend your vacation in the villa by the sea and enjoy the healing beauty of the sea with the mild Mediterranean climate as well as Dalmatia's rich natural, historical and cultural heritage.
