In the picturesque village of Kranjci near Labin on the east coast of the magnificent Istrian peninsula lies the lovely Villa Flor. This charming villa is a true oasis of peace and tranquillity – an ideal choice for guests who want to spend their holiday away from home surrounded by exquisite natural beauty as well as various opportunities for entertainment and activities at their fingertips.

In its 120 m2 of living space, this beautiful villa houses two bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a comfortable double bed while the other features two single beds. Both bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the villas and have their own ensuite bathroom, one with shower and the other with bathtub. A separate toilet is also available in the villa.

The beautiful ground floor consists of a modern kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art appliances that guests will enjoy preparing delicious meals in, a lovely dining area and a cosy living room with a fireplace.

The living room opens onto a spacious outdoor terrace with a summer kitchen, an outdoor charcoal / wood grill, a dining area, and a comfortable seating area. On the same terrace guests will find a beautiful heated pool (width: 3.2 m length: 7.5 m depth: 1.4 m) from which they will enjoy the magnificent view of the lush Mediterranean vegetation stretching in front of them.

The exterior and interior of Villa Flor represent a successful blend of the traditional Istrian spirit, manifested in the use of stone and wood as both building and decorative material, and modern details, minimalism as well as muted grey and beige tones. The interior of the villa also abounds in natural light thanks to the large and numerous windows creating an airy, cozy, and warm atmosphere ensuring that guests feel relaxed as if in their own home.
