Villa Lux in its 180 m2 can accommodate 8 people in 3 beautiful bedrooms. On the ground floor of the villa, you can find a modern living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area with 8 seats. The ground floor also has a separate toilet and storage. On the upper floor of the villa you can find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers, one of which has an additional bath. A wardrobe is also available, as are 2 Balconies on the first floor of the villa from where a beautiful view of the Velebit mountain range and natural beauty stretches. In the courtyard of the villa you can find a beautiful 50 m2 swimming pool surrounded by 8 Sun loungers and privacy is ensured by a wall that completely encloses the villa. 3 parking spaces are available for our guests as well as many extras such as an outdoor charcoal grill, play station 4, table tennis, basket and two movable football goals.

The villa is located 2 minutes from the freeway, which connects you in a short time with the city and the port of Gaženica, if you want to explore the beautiful archipelago of Zadar.

The village of Zemunik is known for its natural beauty and a rich offer of agro products. Rural tourism is highly developed in this area where various Eco associations stand out, that care for the conservation of the beautiful nature and the environment that surrounds it. Zemunik also abounds in historical monuments, churches and sacred art that is a witness to the past times in this area. The locals will warmly welcome you with their traditional specialties and natural products. Beautiful Dalmatian beaches are only 7 km from the villa, rich summer program, concerts, beautiful national parks, restaurants and bars are also nearby.
