Beautiful and luxurious Villa Magnolia is located in the picturesque little village of Petrčane near Zadar. Situated on the coast and surrounded by greenery, Villa Magnolia is the ideal choice for all those who wish to reset their mind, body and soul whilst enjoying the Dalmatian sun and sea breeze. In the immediate vicinity of the famous resort Falkensteiner and with a living space of over 150m2, the fully air-conditioned villa Magnolia offers accommodation for 8 persons.

The ground floor consists of a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, light-soaked dining room and living room with access to the garden terrace. The beautiful living room is separated from the outside with glass panes which let the Mediterranean light engulf the interior of the villa creating a unique atmosphere and exclusive environment for you to enjoy and relax in. There is also a toilet on the ground floor at your disposal. In the elegantly decorated interior, special attention was paid to details. The interior is dominated by white and beige tones which combined with dark brown and red accents add a touch of timeless classic.

Upstairs you will find three airy bedrooms equipped with double beds. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and balcony with a spectacular view of the Zadar archipelago. One of the two remaining bedrooms has a private balcony as well. There are also two bathrooms at your disposal, completing Villa Magnolia's story of elegance, style and comfort.

In the outer part of the villa, surrounded by deck chairs and garden furniture there is a wonderful swimming pool where every day you can enjoy a refreshing swim in total privacy. There is a pebbly beach right in front of the villa, for those who prefer swimming in the sea.
