The cozy and warm living room with its fireplace is extended by the spacious living room and modern kitchen and has direct access to the park and romantic sun terrace.

This charming, typically Provençal house with its pretty private pool, sheltered from all views, is set in a lush, idyllic park shaded by various types of trees such as olive, pine and masonry trees, offering a beautiful view of the majestic castle of Le Barroux. Flowers, reeds and bamboo decorate the charming and peaceful garden of the large property, where you also have a large natural sun terrace with barbecue.

You are in the countryside, on the outskirts of Caromb and a few steps from the Lauron Valley and the lake of Paty, famous for its delicious guinguette. This small village on the southern slope of Mont Ventoux, known for its Festival of Taste and black fig production, is particularly welcoming with its large Romanesque church and a range of stores, boutiques and restaurants.

You are in the heart of Haut Vaucluse between the charming Dentelles de Montmirail and its international climbing area, the Luberon Natural Park with its beautiful mountain villages, the Pays de Sault with its colorful lavender fields and the wild gorges of the Nesque on the famous tourist route of the mountain villages and the AOC wines of the Côtes du Rhône. Nearby are the magnificent castle of Le Barroux, the ancient town of Vaison la romaine, the charming town of L'Isle sur Sorgue, a paradise for junk dealers and famous for its floating market, the magical site of Fontaine du Vaucluse, the village of Les Bories and the abbey of Sénanque.
