The apartment building is located in a beautiful and quiet part of Malinska on the island of Krk. The distance from the sea is about 150 m, from the center of Malinska ca.1000 m. There is a small shop with basic necessities. The length of the coast stretches along a long promenade leading to the town center, which is suitable for all recreants, bikers, walkers. Guests can use the portable barbecue on the terrace, and 1 parking space in the parking place in front of the building. Pets are NOT allowed in the apartment. The apartment for 4-5 persons is located on the 2nd floor of the building, and spreads over two floors of a total area of 50 square meters. On the first floor there is a living room, a kitchen, a dining room located in the same room and a terrace exit, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a toilet, a shower and a washing machine. On the second floor there is another bedroom with a double bed and an extra bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, kitchen cloths, stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle for water. The terrace extends over 16 square meters and is equipped with a seating set and deck chairs, and can be covered with awning. The apartment has two air-conditioning units, internet, satellite TV and washing machine.

Guests can use the grill. There is 1 parking space for guests. The apartment is suitable for families with children. Pets are not allowed.
