Open living concept with several floors, also ideal for 2 friendly couples in 2 independent but connected apartments, our home is school-free and can only be booked with a well-behaved, quiet child by explicit arrangement. Lots of space and peace:  First floor: 1st bedroom, bathroom and living room on the top floor with a modern look - leather sofa, fireplace, floor-to-ceiling window, open room concept and high ceilings, balcony from the bedroom, modern bathroom with bathtub Ground floor: Entrance with dry area for skis, dining room with serving hatch to the kitchen, large dining table, lots of kitchen appliances. Garden level: For bookings with 4 people: additional bedroom on the first floor with direct access to the garden, intermediate room with massage chair Basement: further bathroom Outdoor area: Large garden with various seating areas and great garden furniture The entire house is available to guests. Depending on the number of people, the 2nd bedroom is locked, so please book the right number of people. Great kitchen appliances available for cooking fans. Use of washing machine by arrangement. Please no shoes in the house.  The house has high-quality wooden floors. Due to its furnishings, it is only suitable for use with a quiet, well-behaved child. In general: We appreciate our neighbors and therefore cannot expect them to make constant noise.
