The Seilergasse apartments are located 100 meters from the ski slope Schmittenhöhe and are therefore your perfect starting point for your winter holiday in Zell am See. The old town center with numerous shopping opportunities, restaurants and bars can be reached in two minutes.

The kitchens with an electric hob are of course fully equipped: There is a refrigerator, an oven, dishes / cutlery, cooking utensils, a coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle.

Action & variety guaranteed: with the Zell am See-Kaprun Card. With over 200 attractions, the all-inclusive card offers that extra touch to your holiday. Our guests use the mountain railways (in summer) and public transport free of charge.

The Golf Club Zell am See is about 4 kilometers away and offers 36 holes with a breathtaking backdrop. The nearest airport is in Salzburg (75km) and can be reached by car in around 60 minutes. The train station is approx. 300m away.

The Seiler alley penthouse is the perfect apartment for families or groups up to 8 people. For that reason we divided the apartment in three sleeping rooms and two bath rooms. Zell am See-Kaprun Card on top! Therefore the Zell am See-Kaprun Card offers many benefits. It includes more than 200 attractions and provides our guests with the little extra. All cable cars and public transport can be used for free as well.

The sleeping rooms are equipped with a double bed each. The living room offers an extra double sleeping couch. The living room has a cosy sitting area and is the perfect place to spoil your beloved ones. The modern kitchen comes with fridge-freezer, oven, dish washer, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and an electric kettle. A ski and bike storage can be found in the bottom, the parking spots are located in the back of the house.

The highlight: The central location directly across the cable car city express. (100m) Even if you wear your ski boots it can be reached within minutes. The old town including various shopping facilities, restaurants and bars can be reached by foot. For all the golfers, the region has a 18-hole golf course (4km). The next Airport is Salzburg (75km) and can be reached by car in about 60 minutes. The train station is around 300m away.
