Through the glass sliding door in the living room, you step directly into the large, fenced garden (500m²), where children can play safely and you can enjoy the last rays of the evening sun. This holiday home is just a 5-minute walk from the beach and 3 kilometers from the lively Cadzand. The living room is equipped with a cozy seating area, a TV, a built-in fireplace, and a dining area. The open kitchen includes modern amenities such as an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. The house has three comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed of 1.60m on the ground floor, one with a double bed of 1.60m on the upper floor, and one with a bunk bed, also on the upper floor. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Parking is convenient on the property's grounds.

Nieuwvliet breathes the sea, and you can feel it as soon as you step outside! This small, charming village on the West Zeeland Flanders coast offers one of the widest and cleanest beaches in Zeeland.
