Apartment Vise - Old Town Center

Apartment Vise is a beautiful, brand-new, 4-bedroom apartment, located in the heart of the medieval old town in Omis, only a short walk (approximately 200 m) away from the nearest sandy beach. Nearby you can find shops, stores, restaurants, bars, excursion starting points and everything else you may need during your stay in Omis (all within 200 m as well). The apartment is also in close proximity to river Cetina (200 m walk through the old town Omis), situated between hiking trails for medieval fortresses Mirabella and Stari Grad - Fortica.

Apartment Vise can accommodate up to 7 persons in 4 bedrooms, and it’s a private apartment located on the third floor of a building. This apartment consists of four bedrooms: two bedrooms with a double bed each, one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with one single bed. Additionally, the apartment offers a large, comfortable living room, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a sitting area, two bathrooms and a beautiful stone terrace, nested in the surrounding mountainside. Wi-Fi, SAT/TV in the living room and each bedroom, full kitchen equipment, washing machine, dishwasher and all other kitchen appliances, are available as additional amenities. Every room in the house has an air-conditioning unit – there are 6 air-conditioning units in total, located in the living room, kitchen, and one in each bedroom.

Apartment Vise features a private stone terrace nested in the mountainside surrounding the Omis area. BBQ/Grill facilities and outdoor furniture are available for private use of the guests. The apartment is located in the old town core, in a pedestrian area so secured parking is provided nearby, free of charge, on a large parking lot - Parking Priko Omis (we provide a parking card).

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a residential building, accessible by stairs only. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you may need, including free Wi-Fi, SAT/TV in the living room and each bedroom, full kitchen equipment, washing machine, dishwasher and all other kitchen appliances, iron, hairdryer among others.

The apartment is located in the town of Omis, a town surrounded by sea, a river and two mountains standing shoulder to shoulder, all within a 500 meter radius. Its medieval town core offers a number of bars and restaurants, whilst being within a walking distance from a centrally located sandy beach. The beach was awarded a Blue Flag certificate as an indication of its high environmental and quality standards. In addition to multiple sandy beaches, you can choose a pebble beach, or you can even take a dip in the river!The City of Pirates offers a little something for everyone. You can just relax and enjoy the beaches and the sun. You can tour the city and enjoy its historical architecture and medieval remnants, including preserved medieval pirate fortresses. For those more adventurous, Omis offers a wide variety of activities as well, such as rafting, canyoning, zip line, sea and river kayaking, free climbing, trekking, hiking etc. In addition, you can enjoy boat tours to nearby islands of Hvar, Brac, Vis, Bisevo, Korcula and Solta, or take a day trip to some other famous towns and attractions of the Dalmatian coast, such as Split, Trogir, Sibenik, Zadar, Mostar, Dubrovnik or the famous Krka waterfalls.
