Our apartments are located in the center of Zell am See.
The entrance of the pedestrian zone with its various restaurants, bars, cafés and shops is opposite our apartments.
Walking distance to the next cable car ("CityXpress"), the city center, the bus stop, the skating hall, the swimming hall with sauna and steam bath and the public parking garage about 150m.
You can reach the "Zeller See" with public bathing areas in 3 min by foot. In the summer you can rent a boat or go sailing, surfing and water skiing.
In the winter it's ideal for skating, cross-country skiing and ice stock sport.

This apartment offers two rooms with double beds, one room with two single beds, one living/bedroom  with double sofa,  one dining room and fully equiped kitchen with four plates and oven, cremesso-coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer. There is a large terrace faced to the „Sonnenalm“, next to the Schmittenhöhe.

Two bathrooms with shower and towel radiator, one toilet separted, one toilet in the bathroom, large entrance with wardrobe. Flat screen with digital TV access in each room.
