Villa Victoria accommodates up to 8 people, the house has an area of 250 m2 with a large swimming pool (40 m2) with salt water and a plot of 900 m2. It is located in the Nova Vas.Villa Villa Victoria is only 8 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Novigrad, 15 minutes from the city of Umag and 25 min to the town of Porec. The spacious villa has 4 bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen with a dining room. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with a private bathroom with a bathtub and access to its own terrace, while the other two bedrooms on the floor share a bathroom with a large bathtub. On the ground floor there is another master bedroom with a shower cabin and exit to its own terrace, a toilet, a large equipped kitchen and a living room with a smart TV and a storage room. The villa is air-conditioned and has free high-speed WI-FI internet connection.
You will be able to spend time by the pool with deckchairs and umbrellas, which is set in a pleasant green garden surrounded by Istrian olive trees and fragrant lavender bushes. For a complete experience, there is a large terrace with a fully equipped summer kitchen with BBQ where you can prepare seafood or meat delicacies, and enjoy a glass of sparkling wine or Istrian Malvasia on the spacious veranda.
