Large farmhouse set in the Apennine hills between the Marche and Umbrian regions (700 m a.s.l.) ca. 5 km from Apecchio. Large and equipped grounds with pool. The house is particularly suitable for families with children or groups of friends who wish to spend their holidays in the nature. 1 room with little sofa and table is a passageway and 2 double bedrooms (ceiling height 2-2,5 m), Wc and 2 bathrooms are in the attic. The house is spread over different floors with several accesses to the outside. Urbino and Gubbio ca. 45 km, the sandy beaches of the Adriatic Coast (Fano) ca. 70 km (1 hour drive along a dual carriageway). Baby bed and 2 highchairs are available on request.
