    “Ein schönes, kleines Häuschen älteren Baujahrs mit tollem, großen Garten mit Sitzplatz. Platzangebot reicht vollkommen für eine Familie mit bis zu 5 Personen. Sehr bequeme, neue Betten. Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Backofen, viel Platz zum Verstauen der Lebensmittel. Großes Duschbad, separat Toilette und Badewanne. Haus war sauber geputzt, wir mussten beim Auszug nur Kehren/Saugen. Kontakt mit der Vermieterin sehr nett und unkompliziert, Kurtaxe und Nebenkosten pro
    Person direkt bei der Vermieterin bezahlt, die stets telefonisch erreichbar ist und im selben Ort wohnt.”

    “Ausstattung:
    Küche - E-Herd mit Backofen, großer Kühlschrank, Vollausstattung Geschirr und Töpfe. Große Eckbank mit separater, guter Beleuchtung.
    Wohn-/Schlafzimmer - Doppelbett, Ledersofa Wohnzimmertisch und Kleiderschrank. Sat-TV-Anlage. Zugang von der Küche.
    Zweites Schlafzimmer - sehr bequemes Doppelbett. Kinderbett mit Holzgitter für Kleinkinder. Zugang zur Terrasse sowie zu einem kleinen Einzelzimmer mit einem Bett.
    Toilette und Bad - Toilette, kleine Badewanne, Waschbecken und Waschmaschine
    Separater Duschraum - sehr schön renovierter und geräumiger Raum mit Dusche und Waschbecken.
    Terrasse - Gartenmöbel (Tisch mit 5 Stühlen und Polsterauflagen), Gartengrill. Eine Tischtennisplatte kann aufgebaut werden und sogar ein Fahrrad (Mountain-Bike) stand zur Verfügung. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und somit für Kinder gut geeignet. Für kleine Kinder gibt es einen Sandkasten.
    Vorgarten - ebenfalls eingezäunt mit KFZ-Stellplatz.
    Sonstiges: Elektro-Warmwasserbereitung. Bettüberzüge und Handtücher sind mitzubringen.
    Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist sehr geräumig. Zur Anfahrt ist in das NAVI als Ort Villach einzugeben.
    Sehr freundlicher und netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Die behördliche Meldung und Abrechnung der Kurtaxe erfolgte durch die Vermieterin.”
