Und es bietet alles für einen gelungenen Familienurlaub: ein großes Grundstück mit viel Platz (zum Beispiel zum Volleyballspielen), einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die nördliche Spitze des Comer Sees, eine lauschige Terrasse für gemütliche Mahlzeiten im Freien. Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt: Das Haus ist in der Tat etwas hellhörig.”

    “Ein sehr schön und (relativ) ruhig gelegenes Haus. Tipptopp sauber, sehr gute Übergabe, grosses Grundstück mit reichlich Rasenfläche (für Kinder ideal). Das "relativ" habe ich hereingenommen, weil das Dachgeschoss fast nicht nutzbar ist, da das ganze Haus senkrecht im Bett steht, wenn sich jemand im Obergeschoss bewegt (knarzende Holzbalken).
    Aber das soll den positiven Gesamteindruck keinstenfalls zu sehr schmälern. Das nächste mal bringen wir die Kinder eben nicht dort oben, sondern neben dem Elternschlafzimmer unter.”
