The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, built in 2009 and is modern and functional furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the lake from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: parasol, sun lounger and children's playground. All facilities of Residence Ruculi can be used (approx. 3 km): laundry, restaurant, outdoor pool, children's pool and indoor pool, sauna and fitness room. Cot and high chair subject to availability and upon reservation.

The apartments GAR TIG 006 (6 people) and GAR TIG 007 (6 people) are in the same house. Tignale is a consortium of six villages that are widely spreaded on a plateau above the western lake. This town is the ideal place for total relaxation, away from the crowds at the lake. The access goes via a side road (rubble or gravel, length 5 m). Parking lot (for 10 cars) on the property.
