These four holiday apartments are located in a peaceful surrounding of the village Ravni and are about 12 kilometers away from the artists' town of Labin. The apartment CIK722 is located on the ground floor and the apartments CIK720, CIK721, CIK800 are located on the first floor. While the apartments CIK721 and CIK722 consist of two bedrooms, a fireplace and a sea view, the apartment CIK720 also has a sea view and two bedrooms, but in one bedroom are three single beds. The apartment CIK800 is a studio apartment. From the house you come directly to the sea where you can bathe, sunbathe, relax and forget everything else. There is a restaurant on the beach and in the village you will find a tennis club where you can play tennis, table tennis or bocce. A fitness- room and a Finnish sauna can be used against an additional payment.

    “Der Empfang war Herzlich! Nette Hausherren an die ein dickes Dankeschön gerichtet wird.Die Ferienwohnung ist zweckmäsig eingerichtet aber leider schon ein bischen in die Jahre gekommen. Die tolle Poollandschaft mit ihrer wunderschönen Aussicht macht alles wieder wett.”

    “Ruhige, sensationelle Lage mit Blick auf das Meer, Insel Cres und Rijeka. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Großer gedeckter Balkon. In der Küche waren alle notwendigen Utensilien vorhanden. Grillplatz mit lauschiger Sitzecke vorhanden. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Nette Vermieter. Sprechen nur Englisch.

    Strand zu Fuß innerhalb von 10 Min. erreichbar. Pizzeria 100 m, Konoba ca. 1 km entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeit für die notwendigsten Sachen im gleichen Ort in ca. 5 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar.”

    “Die Lage des Hauses war super. Ort war charmant. Der Strand war schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zudem war es der schönste Stand in der Gegend.
    Es ist einfach, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist sehr schön. Der Vermieter war sehr nett.”

    “Die Wohnung war gemäß Beschreibung und Fotos in Ordnung. Netter und unkomplizierter Vermieter. Ganz netter Empfang bei Ankunft mit einem Apéro! Sehr wünschenswert wären wirklich Fliegengitter an den Fenstern - wir wurden in den ersten 2 Nächten wie wahnsinnig verstochen. Weil es so heiß war, hatten wir ab der dritten Nacht die Fenster geschlossen und mit Klimaanlage geschlafen - hätte es Fliegengitter gehabt, hätten wir nicht so viel Strom vergeuden müssen!!
    Die Wohnung war sauber, die Matratzen - sehr gut aber kurz (wer über 180 Centimeter groß ist, hat vielleicht Probleme).
    Sehr ärgerlich war am Anfang der verstopfte Ablauf in der Dusche (wurde aber nach 3 Tagen behoben) und die verstopfte Duschbrause. Leider auch kein WLAN oder Internet verfügbar. Toll ist die Lage zum Strand (ca. 400 Meter).”

    “Objekt sehr empfehlenswert, sehr nette Vermieter, Angaben vom Katalog waren 100 %, guter Badeurlaub für Familien, wir empfehlen Mückenstecker, da keine Fliegengitter vorhanden sind (es fliegt allerhand darum), Klimaanlage war im Preis - super Pluspunkt.”
