We rent a sunny, bright and quiet 1 room apartment for 1-2 people with 26 m2 on the 2nd floor.
You enjoy a south-facing balcony with a view of the Piz da la Margna and towards the Furtschellasbahn.
The living room consists of a sofa bed, armchair, table, chairs, TV, radio and wireless LAN.
In this apartment there is a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment,
an oven, dishwasher, enough crockery, glasses, cutlery and pans.
For the cold days in winter there is also a nice fondue set and a raclette oven.
In the bathroom there is a bath with a shower, a toilet and a sink.
In the house there are garage spaces, a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. A ski room is also available
Disposal. You can store all your ski equipment in this ski room.
The village center is not far away and you have a shop "Volg" at Seglias where you can find everything you need; Eat and shop for more. You will find the post office in the middle of the village and directly opposite the ski school and the tourist information at Via da Marias 38. You will find various local shops and gift shops at this location. There is also a Grond bakery in the village, where you can buy your fresh bread every morning and where you can also get little things in the restaurant.
The bus stop is only a few minutes' walk from the holiday apartment and the Furtschellasbahn can also be easily reached on foot.
In winter, the cross-country ski run passes right in front of the Chesa Allegria and gives you an easy access. In summer, the cycle path also runs right next to the Chesa Allegria.
