Holiday House in Gruissan with Comfortable Garden
The very well equipped vacation home is located in the complex Victoria in a traffic-free location. The beach and promenade are 100m from the front door, ideal for families with children. The beach Plage du Grazel is located on the lagoon, 3 other large beaches on the open sea are just a few minutes from the residence. Bars, restaurants and small stores are located on the 4 docks and are within walking distance along the promenade. Gruissan Village, the old fishing village with its ruined tower Barberousse and small alleys and the market are just behind the new marina.
On the ground floor is the spacious living / dining area with fitted kitchen, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and children's high chair. The living room has a comfortable sofa set with TV, DVD player, music system and wifi router.The 2 bedrooms for adults with double beds and the children's room with bunk beds are on the upper floor. A children's travel bed is also available.Next to the bedrooms is the small bathroom with a 1.40m shower cabin. The toilet is separate.
The large landscaped terrace with awning and comfortable garden furniture is still equipped with 2 garden loungers and an electric grill. In the garage there are other utensils such as beach chairs, small inflatable boat, sand toys and a bicycle to fetch baguettes. In front of the garage is the car parking space and other parking spaces are located outside the complex.
