Located in beautiful Ballard park, just 4 miles from Melbourne (MLB) airport and seconds from restaurants, bars, and the neighborhoods very own waterfront park boasting boat ramp, tennis courts, racket ball, basketball court, and picnic areas. Hit the beach in under 10 minutes including Brevards only dog beach. Home was recently renovated 2021 and newly furnished with beautiful Bead board vaulted ceiling‘s in wide open spaces and a beautifully designed kitchen perfect for entertaining.
