Beautiful and cozy 65m2 apartment with communal pool, in perfect condition and with an excellent location, a few meters from the sea, in Puerto de Pollensa. The property is located in Club del Sol, a few minutes walk from its spectacular bay.
We found the apartment on the ground floor of the building. The charming apartment is distributed in two double rooms and a bathroom with shower, capacity for 2 people. The spacious living / dining room has a window to the terrace with views of the garden through which natural light enters practically all hours of the day. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped. Note that it has hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms and Wi-Fi included. It also consists of Satellite Television in different languages: Spanish, English, German, French....
Puerto de Pollença is 1 kilometer from the apartment and is very well connected if you do not want to take a car, just 100 m away there is a bus stop. 2 kilometers away is the long and extensive sandy beach.
Note: There is an extra cleaning charge of 90 euros per stay and electricity is paid separately at market price that is deducted from the deposit. Ecotax not included.
