A luxury 3-Bed villa with spectacular sea views

The villa is set on the hills of Neo Chorio and within a 5 -minute drive of the picturesque area of Latsi harbour. The villa is located in a quiet, peaceful and secure area which is perfect for the whole family.


In 5-min drive you can reach all amenities including restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The nearest town, Polis is 4 km away. Paphos International Airport is just an hour drive.



Living Area

A bright and spacious open-plan living area with a comfortable home-from-home feel. With ample seating areas and plenty of entertainment to enjoy. There’s also a flat-screen TV with UKTV channels.

Through the patio doors you have easy access to the vast outdoor area at the front of the property overlooking the private swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas; a paradise for sun-worshippers. There’s also an outdoor sofa set and outdoor dining area complete with a large awning to retreat from the sun and enjoy some shade.


At the back of the property, there is a dedicated BBQ area with a Cypriot-style ‘Foukou’ BBQ and accessories complete with another outdoor dining set.


There is dedicated Wi-Fi Internet included free of charge.

There are two sofas with seating for 6-people and dedicated Wi-Fi Internet. The open plan area houses a large dining table proving a great place to socialize with the whole family.


Kitchen

The modern white gloss kitchen is fully equipped with everything required for family catering. Finished to a very high standard, appliances include; a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster.

There’s dining for 6-people and an outdoor dining area also seating 6-people. The large kitchen patio doors can be opened to bridge the two dining areas together.

The stunning 8m x 4m private swimming pool is surrounded by fencing; ideal for ultimate privacy and includes sun loungers and umbrellas, it’s the perfect place to worship the sun and take a dip in the refreshing pool. The pool depths are 0.90m – 1.45m and features walk-in steps.


On the upper level, there is an outdoor sofa set and an outdoor dining area complete with an awning to escape the heat. There is also a dedicated BBQ area; perfect for outdoor dining in the warm summer evenings.


The upstairs patio area has a gazebo with a comfortable rattan sofa set; it is the ideal place to watch the sunset over Chrysochous Bay. From all balconies and outdoor terraces, you will encounter special panoramic sea and mountain views of the area.

This is a great base to explore, you have the chilled out vibe down at latchi harbour, with its many water spots and boat trips and an abundance of restaurants and bars. Nearby in Polis you will find the cobbled square with traditionally tavernas as well as a large supermarket, pharmacies, bakeries and everything you may need for your dream holiday.


The famous Bath of Aphrodite with its water falls and the mountains is combined with fantastic sea views and beaches and is only 3.5 km away.
