Our 63 m² holiday flat, newly furnished in 2021, is located in Zerf, a state-recognised tourist resort in the middle of the Saar-Hunsrück Nature Park, in the Ruwer river valley at a wooded and healthy altitude of 385 metres.
You are invited to escape from everyday life. In our completely refurbished holiday flat you will find peace and relaxation. Or you can start out on well-developed cycling and hiking trails and discover the charming recreational landscape around Zerf. Here you will also find the ideal starting point for your excursions to Trier, the climatic health resort Kell am See, the town of Saarburg, the Saarschleife and the Moselle, as well as the neighbouring Saarland, France or Luxembourg.
The holiday flat, which was completely refurbished in 2021, is located on the ground floor of the house.
A new modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and crockery/cutlery for 4 persons as well as extensive cooking utensils are available as well as a cosy dining area for 3 persons.
The adjoining living room has a modern leather couch, a flat-screen TV and a modern hi-fi system.
The separate bedroom is equipped with a French box spring bed in size 1.40 x 2.00 m and open foot end.
The bathroom has a corner bathtub and a shower, WC, washstand with mirror, towel heating; a hairdryer also completes the equipment.
