a large, comfortable double bed (box-spring bed) with separate mattresses, which can be separated and used as two single beds. in the spacious closet there is space for everything that the suitcase has to offer.

a cozy double sofa bed in the living area offers relaxing hours. Modern comfort is provided by a flat-screen TV and WLAN, as well as several LAN sockets.

the two windows and two patio doors ensure a light-flooded living area. on the wide balcony you have an excellent view of the sea.

in the open, modern kitchen, with dishwasher, hob, oven and refrigerator with freezer, cooking can be fun even on vacation. an extractor hood ensures good air in the eat-in kitchen even during cooking sprees.

so that you can also enjoy the food, we have provided high-quality equipment with porcelain crockery and beautiful glasses. a modern designer table with matching chairs invites you to hours of entertainment.

Conditions:
As a rule, 30% is due after confirmation of your booking and the other 70% fourteen days before your arrival.
Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival is free of charge. Between 30-14 days before arrival, 50% will be refunded to you in case of cancellation. Thereafter, 100% will be retained in the event of cancellation.
Pets are welcome in our sunset - apartment after consultation and prior notification.
The use of the internet is free of charge.
The keys are handed over via a key box.
