The project Baker Beaver Education combines under one roof the family traditional business "The Backstuff", the vacation apartments Nautilus, Mine and Beaver Castle, a common lounge / seminar room and the opportunity to participate in numerous courses, such as bread baking courses or the fire run.

Located in the climatic health resort Reinsfeld in the Saar-Hunsrück Nature Park and in the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park region, guests have the opportunity to switch off. Enjoy the nature in the Osburger Hochwald, discover the home of the beaver or cycle on the former railroad line - the Ruwer-Hochwald-Radweg - towards Trier, the oldest city in Germany.

Of course, enjoyment should not be neglected. "Die Backstuff" provides you with delicious smelling bread or rolls in the morning and in the afternoon you can enjoy delicious cakes. The ingredients for this come from regional farms in the area.

Take the helm in our holiday flat "Nautilus" like Captain Nemo and escape from everyday life - into the silence under water.

Our flat is located on the first floor - above our bakery - and extends over two floors. Through the separate entrance you reach the first level. Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen, the bathroom with shower/WC and our "submarine living/dining room" with sofa bed. Here you can dive down, relax and enjoy your holiday - even if the weather doesn't play along.

Via a staircase you ascend to the bedroom with double bed. From here you can watch the stars through the skylight.

The scent from the bakery wakes you from a restful sleep in the morning.
