Villa Grande has a spacious fenced yard with a private pool (saltwater), a covered terrace with an outdoor table, and an outdoor barbecue/fireplace (wood+charcoal).
The house is air-conditioned and offers satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and underfloor heating throughout the house. 4 parking spaces are provided for guests.
The ground floor has a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and one bathroom.
On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.
All three rooms have double beds. One room has access to a private balcony.

A local shop is 1.3 km from the property (Juršići). Supermarkets "Plodine" and "Konzum" are located in Vodnjan, 8.5 km from the property.

Villa Grande is a house of traditional Istrian architectural expression. Most of the walls in the courtyard, and part of the facade, are decorated with expensive Istrian stone. For over a year, the stone was hand-coated by one of the best Istrian masters for stone facades and walls.
