The semi-detached house belongs to the "Red Settlement", which was built in the 30s and is subject to ensemble protection. Several heath areas, river and forest landscape characterize the multifaceted scenery of the community. The vacation home is located in the center of the village, yet it offers peace and quiet and plenty of greenery around it. The people of Fassberg are particularly proud of their multigenerational park. Here there is high-quality fitness equipment for adults and challenging climbing opportunities for children. The balls for the adjacent boules court can be borrowed free of charge from the town hall. Those who want to jump into the cool water from one of the many cycling tours or an extensive hike in the hiking paradise Südheide, need only drive 2 km further to the outskirts of the village. The outdoor swimming pool Herrenbrücke offers variety on hot days for young and old.

Our house is located in the center of Faßberg surrounded by old trees from a spacious garden.

On the Heidschnuckenweg that leads from Fischbeck to Celle. Walking distance shopping, restaurants, ice cream parlor.

A special feature is the Yerville Park. A multi-generational park with high-quality fitness equipment and a playground have been created here.

The swimming pool (May-Sept.) is located on the edge of Faßberg about 1.5 km from the holiday home.
