Apartment with tropical garden

Apartment in Hawaii Kai, Honolulu, Hawaii, with private entry, private bathroom, and two rooms in a quiet neighbourhood close to some of the most beautiful spots that Hawaii has to offer. Guests have access to a private kitchenette, and a beautiful tropical garden with swimming pool.

The apartment is about 25 sqm large and has one bedroom, a living room, and a bathroom. with walk-in shower. A kitchenette is also available. Last renovation: 2020-2021. The apartment is for 3 persons only as long as at least one of the three persons is a child. The apartment is located on the first floor. You have private access to the apartment from the back yard via a flight of stairs with approximately 15 steps.Bedroom: Queen size bed with quality mattress and a night stand. Cable smart tv with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Air conditioning (whisper quiet Daikin ductless split ac). Blackout curtains on all windows. Carpets.Living room: Sectional couch, coffee table, large cabinet. Carpets.Bathroom: New (2021) walk-in shower (Grohe quality shower); toilet with bidet; small cabinet; vanity with drawers and sink. Natural stone flooring; granite in shower.

Kitchenette: New kitchenette (2021) with granite top, cutlery, plates, cups, and glasses. Microwave, water kettle.
Internet: Very fast Internet with mesh router.
Sport & Recreation: Beach chairs; beach umbrella; goggles; fins; cooler are available.

Guest parking for one car is provided. The apartment is on the first floor but is not handicapped accessible as there are two flights of stairs with approximately 16 steps.

We have an in-ground pool of decent size (approximately 8 x 4m, and 2.5m deep). You also have access to a nice tropical garden with coco palms, betel palms, breadfruit, papaya, starfruit, guava and banana trees. Comfortable zero gravity chairs are available to relax in our garden. There is a gas grill that you can use.

Hawaii Kai is a suburb of Honolulu located on the island of Oahu. Honolulu is the capital of the State of Hawaii, USA. The apartment is located in a quiet upscale neighbourhood in walking distance to Koko Head Crater Botanical Garden (a stunning botanical garden located in the crater of an extinct volcano). You can also walk (15 minutes) to Kaloko Beach, and some of the most beautiful beaches on the east coast of the island of Oahu are located near by (not more than 10 car minutes): Hanauma Bay, Halona Cove, Sandy Beach, Wawamalu Beach Park, Alan Davis Beach, Makapu'u Beach, Kaupo Beach, and Waimanalo Beach, which is often be said to be the most beautiful of all beaches in the USA.Hawaii Kai has all you need: sports facilities, shopping centers, restaurants, a cinema etc. A golf course is in easy walking distance.A bus stop is in front of the house with direct buses to some east coast beaches, Waikikli, Ala Moana, and the University of Hawai'i.

    “If you are looking for a fairly priced location away from Wakiki this is a great option. We enjoyed our time in the apartment when we were there. Positiv: The neighbor hood of the apartment is very quiet and near really nice beaches and walking trails. Also had a kitchenette for meals if we wanted to cook. Negativ: Could have had another table for eating and another TV in the family room area. Restaurant: Liliha Bakery Waikiki International Market Place - Really good food at fair prices. Ausflüge: H20 Sports Hawaii - Jet skiing and parasailing are near by and lots of fun.”
