Niederthai makes the ideal spot to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, rest and relaxation are of utmost importance here with us. Our holiday house is the perfect starting point for sportspeople as countless hikes, mountain and bike tours start directly on our doorstep. Niederhai - an ideal place for active winter sports enthusiasts – has a lovely ski area for beginners and families, cross-country ski trails are right outside the front door, toboggan run and winter playground leave nothing to be desired. The free skibus shuttles take you to all top ski areas within Ötztal. In connection with the taxi company Taxi Quaxi, we offer discounted taxi rides - also to the ski areas.
NEW apartment (approx. 70 m²) has the following amenities: 1 triple room, 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub/WC, 1 fully equipped kitchen-cum-living-room (ceramic-cooktop, oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, electric kettle etc.) with flat-screen TV, a pull out sofa (for the 4th and 5th person). Enjoy the peace and the fantastic view on our furnished balcony.
