On the ground floor are the well-equipped kitchen with living room and a large living room with sofa and fireplace, two bedrooms (one double and one twin with en-suite bathroom), a bathroom with accessible shower and a wellness area with jacuzzi and turkish bath.On the first floor there are two apartments, each with a kitchen with living room, 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin) and two bathrooms with shower.The laundry area is located on the second floor.The apartments are equipped with air conditioning.
Outside there is a large garden with an infinity pool equipped with sun loungers and a porch furnished with outdoor furniture and barbecue.
