Castellammare del Golfo is a important resort in Sicily, with its famous castle, the thermal baths, the harbor and marina, the rocky coast, the white sand beaches, beautiful landscapes, sports facilities. The house is well maintained and has a beautiful garden and a large terrace. It is situated in a quiet location only 700 mt. far from the city center. You can taste various cuisine of Sicily, such as cous cous (Arab specialty). Castellammare del Golfo is an excellent starting point to visit as soon as possible to various places, for example: Temple of Segesta, Agrigento, salt pans of Trapani, Erice, hiking in the National Park Zingaro, small islands, the Arab market of Palermo "The Vucciria" wine trails and much more. There are also possibilities for sports such as: swimming, diving, surfing, hiking, sailing, horseback riding, mountain bikes, tennis, canoes, and more ... the house as well as being just 700 meters far from the city center, it is 900mt from the beach, and 200 meters from the shops, restaurants, supermarkets and etc ... Also the airport is 35 km far from Palermo,from Trapani 50km. The apartment has a kitchen-living room with gas stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, a living room with sofa bed, TV, bedroom with double bed and on request baby cot or single bed, a bathroom with tub / shower, bidet, WC. the squaring of the house is 100 square meters for up to 6 persone.the garden is for the exclusive use of the tenant.

    “Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber, der Vermieter ist nett und unaufdringlich. Obwohl er direkt über der Wohnung wohnt, hat er uns nicht gestört. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Große Alutöpfe sind vorhanden, um aus dem Bad annähernd kochend heißes Wasser zum spülen zu holen. In der direkten Umgebung sind 2 Supermärkte, in einem davon bekommt man hervorragendes Fleisch.

    Trotz der Zentralen Lage ist es ruhig im Schlafzimmer, wir konnten super schlafen. In den Hafen kommt man auch gut zu Fuß, genauso wie in die Fußgängerzone, in der es viele nette Café`s und Bar`s gibt. Von der Wohnung aus kommt man schnell zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten.”

    “Cette maison est située en centre ville. Bruyant la nuit (entre les chiens qui aboient et les scooters qui pétaradent jusqu'à 2-3 heures du matin il est difficile de se reposer). Il n'y a pas d'eau chaude dans la cuisine pour faire la vaisselle, on est obligés d'aller la chercher dans la salle de bains. Il n'y a pas de climatisation. Heureusement le jardin est agréable et spacieux équipé d'un barbecue et d'un salon de jardin. Le propriétaire est discret et nous a gentiment accueilli avec une bouteille d'eau fraîche et un panier de fruits au réfrigérateur, petite attention bien agréable.” “Cette maison est située en centre ville.     “Gut ausgestattet. Großes Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit zwei Betten. Sehr gute Lage, Supermarkt um die Ecke. Vermieter hat uns eine ausgezeichnete Pizzeria in der Nähe empfohlen. Einrichtung eher einfach und zweckmäßig. Toller Garten. Zentrum fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Vermieter ist sehr nett und spricht ausgezeichnet Deutsch.”

    “Für eine Woche haben wir uns in dieser Unterkunft wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man zur täglichen Zubereitung einfacher Speisen benötigt.
    Der Vermieter spricht fließend Deutsch und ist sehr nett. Auskünfte und Tipps hat er stets zu Hand.”
