Bijou 3,5 Zi-Wohnung mit schöner Parkanlage.
Helle, grosszügige Wohnung, 2022 renoviert. Die Wohnung liegt im Hochparterre, an einer ruhigen Wohnlage. Die schöne und sehr gepflegte Gartenanlage mit geheiztem Pool ist über den Balkonausgang erreichbar.
Der Golfplatz ASCONA ist in Gehdistanz erreichbar. Die Busstation, typische Italiensche Restaurant, sowie eine Bäckerei  befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Wohnung ist mit einem guten WLAN versorgt. Im total renovierten Bad steht eine eigene Waschmaschine zur Verfügung.

    “Gerne wieder Positiv: Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet. So lebt manch einer nicht im Eigenheim Negativ: Parkplatzregelung müsste klarer formuliert sein”
