The "L'olivier" gîte has been completely refurbished for your comfort, and offers a warm, designer loft atmosphere, a private terrace and access to a lovely heated swimming pool where you can relax and recharge your batteries. We look forward to welcoming you! Just 9 km from Perpignan and the beaches of Saint-Cyprien, and 22 km from Collioure, this property is situated on the outskirts of the village, in a quiet cul-de-sac. The discreet owners live on site. There are 5 tastefully decorated and personalised gîtes, each with its own entrance. From April to the end of October, you can enjoy the heated swimming pool, the 1,000 m² Mediterranean garden and the shared and private areas. Functional studio on one level, with separate entrance: kitchen (dining area) and living room (wardrobe bed for 2 and sofa bed for 1) opening onto the 35 m² semi-enclosed private terrace, shower room (wc). From April to the end of October, between 10am and 8pm, you can use the communal heated swimming pool (11 x 6 x 1.40 to 2.20) and the 60cm-deep leisure pool. Outdoor parking in front of the property.
