In a calm side valley of the Enns Valley, between Schladming and Liezen. The hut is located in a very lonesome area, 500m high above the town, with a wonderful view over the valley and the surrounding mountains.

Nearest town for shopping, riding, tennis, and golf 7km. Restaurant 4km. Swimming lake 8,5km. Ski Region Planneralm 20km, Donnersbachwald 22km, Tauplitz 15km, Dachstein-Tauern 30km. Advice on mountain tours from owner of cabin.

This chalet is very comfortable. Ground floor: snuggery with lounge, tiled stove, bed couch, satelllite TV, exit to the garden, integrated perfect equipped kitchen with electric cooker, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave. Shower, toilet. Upper floor: 4 bedrooms, toilet, washing machine. Heating via tiled stove. hot water tank. In front of the hur are a roofed terrace with seats, a barbecue, playground with seats, a swing, a sandpit - perfect for children! A cot, a kind of a small fenced area where babys could try to walk, and games are available.

Electricity 0,40/kWh, local tourism tax currently 2,50/person/night, final cleaning 70,-, bed linen can be rented for 8,-/towels 3,-/set, pet 30,/week.
