We reach the sumptuous Villa through the entrance area with a height of 7 meters, which communicates with the living room and dining room with its panoramic windows, cozy and comfortable living room with chimney, roofed terrace with unforgettable views and outdoor kitchen.
At this level is an exclusive furnished office, a generous kitchen (40 sqm) equipped with all appliances and a large pantry. Next to the kitchen is the garage for two cars and the room for washing and ironing.
