Dreamvilla with panoramic sea view in the immediate vicinity

The beautiful, single "Villa Sur" is idyllically situated with a fantastic panorama view on the open sea and the Sierra Nevada. Experience fantastic sunrises and spectacular moments on the approx. 100 m² large terrace. This exceptional villa with a plot size of approx. 1,800 m² and approx. 260 m² living space accommodates 8 people and is located only a 6 minute walk from the nearest beach and parks. The spacious rooms are very stylish and luxurious furnished with antique as well as contemporary furniture. Many rooms have stunning sea views. The "Villa Sud" is completely fenced and allows a relaxing and exclusive holiday. In addition, it has 3 parking spaces for additional parking spaces for cars in the courtyard.

The terrace, private pool (9 x 6 m) and the bar area with barbecue adjacent to the pool is located on the sea with panoramic sea view and direct beach view.

In the lower part there is a large garden with 19 varieties of fruit trees (orange, lemon, mango, papaya, kaki, maracuja, fig, mispelo, apple, banana, kiwi, lychee, chirimoya and pomegranate). You are welcome to use the grapefruit for the heart. Our gardener takes care of the garden and pool in the background. So you can also sit back and enjoy your well-earned holiday in this unique ambience.

All rooms are on one level and have high-quality stone and marble floors.

All beds, mattresses, bed linen and electrical appliances were completely renovated in 2018/19. The second bathroom was completely renovated in 2016. The house is constantly maintained and permanently renovated.

Almunecar is still a typical Spanish-Andalusian town, but still has all the tourist facilities with a total of 26 different beaches (sandy and pebble beaches), from long sandy beaches to the lonely romantic bay. Sports enthusiasts can choose from countless offers such as: Surfing, diving, sailing, hiking, paragliding, free fitness equipment on the beach and much more.

    “Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit Freunden Positiv: Traumhafte Aussichten auf Berge und Meer, sehr gutes Mobiliar im Haus und auf den Terrassen, gute Ausstattung in der Küche, gepflegter Pool, frisches Obst aus dem Garten Negativ: Eigentlich fehlt nichts, Entfernung zum Strand mehr als 6 Minuten, bereitgelegte Handtücher zu knapp bemessenen”

    “Sehr schönes Anwesen mit Einschränkungen (Distanz, Lärm) Positiv: Viel Platz, drinnen und draussen. Starterpaket mit Wasser und Esswaren ist eine sehr gute Idee. Heizungen in den Zimmern sehr gut. Gut ausgestattete Küche, gute Matratzen, Negativ: Keine Heizung in den Bädern, Falsche Angaben auf der Webseite in Bezug auf die Distanz zum Meer (April 19), angegeben sind 0,200 km, es sind aber 0,750 km, angegeben sind 6 Gehminuten, es sind aber 15 min. Genauer Standort wird erst nach Vertragsabschluss angegeben. Dadurch ist es unmöglich, das Haus zu lokalisieren, sonst hätten wir da schon gemerkt, dass die Distanzen nicht stimmen und wären den Vertrag nicht eingegangen. Ausserdem befindet sich die Liegenschaft direkt über der Strassentunneleinfahrt. Der Strassenlärm ist nicht zu überhören. Beste Reisezeit: In allen Jahreszeiten sicher gut, Heizung und Klimaanlage”

    “Positiv: La maison était spacieuse, la cuisine extrêmement bien équipée. La vue, magnifique, réjouissait nos yeux quotidiennement. Nous avons profité des fruits (papayes, nèfles, oranges, citrons) consommables directement du jardin, un must! Il était possible d'atteindre la plage de Valletta (mignonne) à pied, en empruntant un escalier raide, mais bien pratique! Chiringuittos (bars de plage) sympathiques tout près. Jolie promenade en bord de mer dans le "Parque mediterraneo". Negativ: Trop peu d'essuie-mains à disposition, et ceux qu'il y avait, pas en coton.
    Il a fait trop froid, hélas, pour songer à utiliser la piscine (non chauffée).”

    “Herzlichen Dank an den zuvorkommenden Inhaber und die freundliche Verwalterin dieser schönen Liegenschaft. Ich habe die Liegenschaft mit Freunden, resp. 7 Personen, eine Woche besucht und sämtliche Meinungen unsererseits sind positiv. Auf der riesigen Terasse hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer und die hügelige Küstenregion Almuñecars. Die Villa, besonders die Küche, ist ausgerüstet mit sämtlichem Mobiliar, dass man in den Ferien braucht.”
