Spectacular house for 10 people situated on a small hill near Sant Llorenç.

Entering the stone house is the entrance area, which leads to the large living room with stone walls with sofas in front of the TV and a fireplace area. The living room has direct access to the terrace and, to the right, is the large fully-equipped kitchen, decorated in shades of green. On the other side of the living room is a bedroom with two beds. Next to the entrance of the house is an exquisitely decorated bedroom with double bed and a complete bathroom with bathtub. On the ground floor there is also a spacious laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The second floor of the house is more modern and has an incredible suite with living room, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. There is another bedroom with double bed, private terrace and bathroom "en suite" with bath and shower, and a third bedroom with double bed and bathroom "en suite" with shower.
The exterior of the house is spacious and spectacular, with a very large covered terrace and a great barbecue, dining and sofa area, a pergola with a dining table near the kitchen door and another one next to the pool. The pool measures 15 x 6 m and has a separate area for children. There are 10 sun loungers and 3 umbrellas by the pool, from where you can enjoy excellent views.
The house has air conditioning on the upper floor, heating, wifi internet connection and satellite TV.
