Situated in a quiet, residential area of PORT-VENDRES, this renovated, fully air-conditioned house with terraces and enclosed garden overlooking the port and the bay is ideally located, 500 metres from the port and village centre, close to a number of hiking trails (starting point from the house), a 15-minute walk from Collioure and a 5-minute drive from some magnificent coves. You can also go scuba diving (Gulf of Lion Natural Marine Park) and enjoy a wide range of water sports. You can also visit many charming villages and other places of interest: the organs of Ille-sur-Tet, the hot springs, the town of Perpignan and its Palace of the Kings of Majorca, the town of Collioure and its Royal Castle. As you can see, there is something for all tastes, all ages and all seasons.

Part of the garden is terraced with access via a staircase and a magnificent panoramic view of the bay, sea and mountains. The centre of Collioure is 15 minutes' walk from the gîte.
