New. Magnificent villa: 2 private pools, BBQs, garden & parking. 13 people. The chalet is called Los geranios de Elvira, it is located just 13 km from Granada and 45 km from the beach, making it ideal for traveling to any point in Granada, the ski slopes, the beach or Andalusia, since access to the highway is 3 kms. It is located in a quiet urbanization at the foot of the mountain where the Sierra Nevada National Park begins in Padul. Los geranios de Elvira is a wonderful and spacious independent villa of 300 m2 within a plot of 740 m2 with two private pools which makes it perfect for families with children, groups of friends, etc.

The chalet is distributed over two floors with independent accesses: 2 living rooms, 2 full kitchens, 1 rustic living room-kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and 2 basements for recreational use which are accessed from the swimming pools. Air conditioning / heating throughout the house. In the Exterior area: 2 beautiful swimming pools - access with a safety fence for children - where you can enjoy the BBQ area, 2 large outdoor dining rooms, both with garden chairs or sunbathing on one of the sun loungers. Enjoy our garden, where you will find thyme, lavender, rosemary, lemon trees, pear trees and of course the Elvira Geraniums within the 740mt2 plot. It has parking inside the plot for up to 4 cars and also at the door you can easily park 3 cars.

The chalet:

On the ground floor: It has a large dining room of 40 m2 with two Chaslongue and an ultra-equipped kitchen attached to the living room with a breakfast bar and with direct access to one of the pools and the outdoor dining area. 3 bedrooms: A master bedroom with a double bed, and 2 bedrooms with two large single beds in each bedroom. A full bathroom with hydromassage shower. All rooms and the living room have air conditioning/heating. Possibility of one or two additional places more in Chaslongue Bed in the living room on the ground floor. Consult us.

On the upper floor: Independent access through external stairs has a dining room, a very well equipped kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. A main bedroom with a double bed, a room with 3 large single beds and another bedroom with two single beds. This floor has a large bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub. All rooms and the living room have air conditioning / heating.

Recreational Basements: Both pools have access to recreational basements. Both are spacious with more than 40 m2 each. In one of them you can find a more rustic kitchen-living room with everything you need to use when you are enjoying the pool, as well as a bathroom with a shower. In the other basement you will find a large area where children and adults can play and enjoy some darts, a game of poker or a game of ping-pong. It also has a bathroom with a shower.

Los geranios de Elvira has free Wi-Fi, towels for all tenants, sheets, pillows, quilts, condiments, hand soap, cleaning supplies and welcome bottles of water, all included in the price. We have 2 cots and a portable high chair - on request.
