At the Mockenhof you can experience at first hand real farm life: feed and stroke the calves, play and romp around with the cats and kittens, take care of the goats, rabbits, ducks, hens and guinea-pigs, sit on a tractor or ride a pony. Join us while we milk our approximately 30 cows, feed the cattle, mow the grass or make hay. Enjoy a ride with our horse carriage and explore the beautiful surroundings. After work comes the pleasure: bonfire baked bread, homemade pizza or a delicious Allgäuer cheese-pan sizzled on the grill - maybe accompanied by a liqueur tasting?Lie down on the grass and enjoy the marvelous and stunning star constellations on the night sky!The recently opened Nordic-Walking-Park is especially attractive for both tourists and locals. In winter the so called -Loipe- (cross-country ski-trail) leads across the farmyard. Your children can play around on our family farm while you relax on the lawn. The playground is well-stocked with swings, slides and climbing frames. Moreover, you can keep your children busy with many different toys, ket cars and cycles or perhaps a foosball or table-tennis match? Horse-riding, lakes, hiking trails and different day excursion destinations are also available in the nearby surroundings. (Lake Constance approx. 30 km)Pedis Likörlädle (Pedis liqueur shop) is our farm shop where you will not only find our self-produced apple juice, home-distilled schnapps and fruit liqueurs, but also a big variety of honey, jams, chutneys, vinegars and oils as well as decoration articles and gifts made out of natural materials.We offer 2 cozy apartments for 2-5 persons each, located both in the attic of the farm houses with around 75m² living space.Kitchen facilities: fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.Living space: 2 (resp. 3) bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet, TV with satellite, radio, central heating, a big balcony and a terrace including garden furniture surrounded by a lawn.Daily delivery of fresh breads from our local bakery and regional drinks are available upon request.
