ll Residence sorge su un promontorio panoramico a 600 mt dal mare e circa 1 Km dalle spiagge di Briatico, dove dominano i resti della “Rocchetta”. la splendida Tropea Zambrone , Capo Vaticano e la caratteristica Pizzo Calabro distano appena 8 Km.
