The two-storey penthouse is located in one of the tallest buildings on Avenida de Tirajana, directly between the “Las Dunas de Maspalomas” nature reserve and the “YUMBO” shopping center, in the heart of the beautiful resort of Playa del Inglés, in the south of the island of Gran Canaria.
The quiet penthouse is oriented to the east. From the bright living room and the roof terrace you have a view of the mountains, the beach and the dunes. Enjoy your spacious, quiet and private roof terrace to relax and use your outdoor dining area for breakfast, e.g. B. during sunrise.You reach the upper floor via a steep staircase from the living room. In seven minutes you can walk to the nature reserve "Las Dunas de Maspalomas". The long sandy beach of Playa del Inglés and the popular YUMBO center are a 15-minute walk away. The apartment is close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, Plaza Agaete and the “CITA” shopping center.Near:►Supermarket, café and restaurant (10 m)►Bus stop (20 m)►Sandy beach (600 m)►Airport (33 km)►Sea (950 m)►Golf (4 km)►Lidl (3 km)Other places like Maspalomas, San Agustin or Meloneras are only a short drive away.
