    “Eine gute Ausstattung, schöner Balkon mit Blick auf die Marina. Aufzug, TV, gut ausgestattete Küche, keine Geräte defekt und renoviertes Objekt. Leider gibt es Parkprobleme vor dem Haus. WLAN ist nur gegen Aufpreis verfügbar. Handtücher sind bei Zubuchung etwas sparsam, Küchenhandtücher und Abwaschlappen fehlen ganz. Gegen Abend setzt eine Mückenplage ein, sodass man die Balkontür schließen muss. Insektengitter sind leider nicht vorhanden, bei geschlossener Balkontür heizt sich der oben gelegene Schlafraum erheblich auf, im Sommer wäre eine Klimaanlage im Dachgeschoss wünschenswert.”
