2 bedrooms with double beds, a spacious living room with double sofa bed, a dining area and a nice and very well equipped kitchenette with dish washer, fridge with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, mini-oven, stove with 4 hotplates and much more, a bathroom with shower, an extra toilet and a spacious terrace with seating and barbecue facilities, as well as wonderful views of the dominant mountain of Bad Mitterndorf - the mighty Grimming.

Unlimited Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The associated parking for 1 vehicle is right next to the apartment.

Due to its ground-level location, the Apartment Grimminglounge is also suitable for wheelchair users. The shower access is almost barrier-free (rail with about 1 cm in height), but only about 50 cm wide.

Bed linen and towels can be brought by yourself or rented for a fee.

A ski room is available in the house (included in the price). The apartment is heated centrally by underfloor heating.
Cleaning utensils, toiletries and groceries are to be brought along and are not provided
