During the day, interesting cultural, historical and sporting excursions await you in the surrounding area. There is a sandy beach 5 km away and a beautiful rocky coastline 6 km away. The natural surroundings are breathtaking and the views magnificent. Should the clouds cover the sun, there are various activities such as art museums, local markets and cultural events in the nearby town of Cannes or in the smaller municipality of Mandelieu-la-Napoule. There are marked hiking and mountain biking trails close to the house, as well as several viewing platforms and tennis courts.
