In Dhronecken, in the beautiful Dhrone valley, not far from the erbeskopf climatic spa region, you will find our time-out holiday home "an der kleinen Dhron".
Dhronecken, a small community with 130 inhabitants, impresses with its idyllic location, the Dhronecken castle and the adventure playground with natural stream (within walking distance). The next largest town (Thalfang) is only a five-minute drive away. There you will find shopping facilities and leisure activities (swimming pool, sauna).
Our holiday home, furnished with attention to detail, is characterised by its closeness to nature, a touch of wellness and luxury.You can enjoy your coffee in the morning at any time on the covered balcony with a view of the meadows and hills of the Hunsrück.
Whether you want to sit in the garden and relax with a glass of wine or be active, everything is possible here.
Nestled in the hills of the Hunsrück, you can start hiking (For example: treat trail, fruit tree trail, etc.) or cycling tours directly from the front door.
Quietly yet centrally located, you can reach big cities in a short time - Trier (Germany's oldest city), Saarbrücken (capital of Saarland), Völklingen (Völklingen Ironworks, World Heritage Site), Luxembourg City and the beautiful wine-growing region of Moselle.
Since we are dog owners ourselves, it is a matter of the heart for us to welcome you as guests with your dog(s) in our holiday home ( 6 € per day and dog). The garden is fenced and directly accessible from the house. In the house itself you will find bowls, a dog cushion and spare poop bags. From the house you are within a few minutes walk in the middle of nature. Please indicate how many animals you are travelling with when booking.
As additional services, we offer herbal walks or hikes, tailored to your wishes. Likewise, cook with self-gathered wild herbs or engage in a sound massage (complete relaxation in a short time, can be done in the house). You can also book a filled fridge with regional products and selected Moselle wines for a relaxing arrival.
If you have any questions or a request, please feel free to contact us, we are open to "almost" anything.

In our house you will find rooms furnished with attention to detail that invite you to relax.

On the first floor you will find the spacious bathroom with a walk-in rain shower and a separate guest WC. You will also find the first bedroom with a double bed, a cozy sofa bed and a utility room with washing machine and dryer.

The 1st floor is characterized by its well-equipped kitchen and large dining table with seating for up to 8 people, in the next room is the inviting living room with two large seating areas, TV and access to the covered balcony.

The 2nd floor offers a further bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed and a wonderful view of the idyllic natural surroundings, as well as a guest bathroom.

The fenced garden offers you and your dog space to linger, barbecue and relax. There is also a parking lot in front of the house (other public parking spaces in the immediate vicinity), and the use of the bicycle cellar is also possible by arrangement.

    “Liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in einer schönen Dorfstraße mit vielen freundlichen Nachbarn. Tolle Wanderungen möglich. 300m vom Haus ist der Einstieg zum Wanderweg "Lecker Pfädchen" ,den können wir von ganzem Herzen empfehlen. Ca 5 Gehminuten vom Haus ist ein toller Spielplatz mit der Möglichkeit zum Planschen in der kleinen Dhron. Positiv: Das Ferienhaus ist neu renoviert und neu möbliert. Liebevolle Einrichtung und Dekoration . Gut ausgestattete Küche, alles vorhanden. Das Badezimmer ist sehr groß, mit viel Abstellfläche für eigene Sachen .Viele Dinge, wie Seife,Spülmittel ,Tabs, Handcreme vorhanden. Besonders positiv fanden wir die Anzahl der zur Verfügung gestellten Handtücher. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Den kleinen Garten haben wir ganztägig genutzt. Negativ: Der kleine Balkon war wenig einladend. Die äußere Optik vom Haus ist entäuschend ,hat aber unsere Erholung nicht beeinträchtigt.”
